Who Are We
Complete Cleaning Services was established by Tristan Rowbotham in 2015 primarily to offer professional carpet cleaning and contract cleaning services. Professionally it has always been my ambition to create, grow and maintain a vibrant, reputable and ethical company. I hope to be able to demonstrate what I mean in the coming years; rather than it just being an identikit marketing sentence on our website. We have a complete list of available services but simply put our goal is to offer a bespoke, comprehensive, hassle free cleaning service for clients; we hope you’ll be one.

Our Business Ethos
To maintain our cornerstones of success, excellent communication, delivering on the job, efficient working and being trusted, we adhere to a basic business principle of ‘fix the problem not the blame’. Simply put, despite the best preparations not everything always goes to plan. At CCS if this happens we adapt, focus on the task at hand and with an eye to the future, look for improvements to be made; finding that fix.
Ensuring We Are Up To The Job
Relevant paperwork including insurance and qualifications can be provided upon request. Also we do not use stock internet photos, all the photos you see either on our website or other marketing materials have been taken by us, to demonstrate work by us. All staff are trained for the work they are undertaking and supervised as necessary.
