Tenancy Cleans
We often provide estimates for tenancy cleans but many of our regular clients prefer fixed charges to act as a guide, therefore we have provided our fixed charges below. They are a reflection of the average time and materials required to clean a property.
Please note these charges are a rough guide as each home varies. All cleans include removal of waste up to one 80 litre bag, thereafter charges apply, see our waste removal charges for details. All charges apply to unfurnished and part furnished properties, we charge extra for non standard items and furnished properties (what is standard or not is listed within cleaning specification we provide) but our standard cleaning specification is very comprehensive for the vast majority of tenancy cleans we do.

Additional ovens over one on fixed price tenancy cleans: £40/£50/£100+VAT relative to above
Oven cleans include a hobs when present. Where possible we remove, clean and refit hob rings, hob grates, oven door inner glass screens, door seals and control knobs, so as to ensure a deeper more thorough clean. Beyond this we do not disassemble ovens/hobs.
